Login providers and single sign-on
Open Settings → Login Providers to configure the identity options offered by your tenant.
Prepare a provider
Work with your identity administrator to obtain the provider’s application details and approved callback addresses. Supported provider types include Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, and other configured OpenID Connect providers.
Configure and test
- Add or edit the provider in Login Providers.
- Enter the required provider details and credentials using the secured configuration screen.
- Use the available credential test and resolve any reported problem.
- Save the provider and check the login page for the expected option.
- Test a permitted account through the relevant staff, learner, applicant, or collaborator journey.
Provider configuration is tenant-specific and takes effect without a frontend rebuild. A deployment’s initial setup wizard establishes the tenant and its initial login configuration.
Access still matters
A valid identity does not automatically grant staff or learner access. Platform invitations, user permissions, and learner account links still apply. Applicants and collaborators use their dedicated entry points.
If sign-in fails after a change, check the configured callback address and provider restrictions with the identity administrator. Keep a working administrator sign-in method available while verifying a replacement.
