How the programme fits together

  1. An applicant submits an application.
  2. Staff complete review, university verification, and the movement decision.
  3. Accepted applicants respond to their offer through the personal onboarding link by its deadline. Learner invitations, account registration, and portal consent steps follow as directed by the programme team.
  4. Learners take part in sessions, complete forms and journals, and develop community projects.
  5. Staff review submissions, record participation, and use reports and the chatbot to understand the programme.

Why your menu may differ

Permissions control both what you can see and what you can change. Some learner features also depend on a linked learner profile, cohort, working group, or feature setting. Contact your administrator if you expect access to a missing screen.
