Maintain programme reference data
| Section | What to maintain |
|---|---|
| Cohorts | The programme groups used for enrolment, activities, and reporting. |
| Working Groups | The smaller groups used for assignments and sessions. |
| Universities | University records and liaison information. |
| Countries | Country reference data used in programme records. |
| App Settings | The available application and programme options. |
| Form Access | Feature access for the supported learner forms and modules. |
Check existing records before adding new ones to avoid duplicate names. Review the effect on active learners before deactivating or deleting reference data.
Configure specialised areas
MCP (AI assistants) lets authorised staff connect an approved external AI assistant. Its settings cover approved apps, OAuth client IDs, the connection switch, data-protection review, tools, and recent activity. See MCP: connect an AI assistant for connection setup.
Other sections cover notifications and email templates, branding, chat sources, login providers, and integrations. Some sections require their own management permission.
Community project settings
The collaborator settings include report and reflection forms and invitation behaviour. Module-owned forms contain protected questions that the reporting workflow needs; preserve those questions when customising the wording or adding new content.
See Configure community collaborators for role lists, reminders, cohort reflection templates, notifications, and required access.
