Embed application forms and journal feeds
NovaCanopy provides public application and journal-feed views for use in another website.
Embed an application
The learners portal provides an application embed at /embed/apply. Use the official embed address supplied for your deployment and verify the complete applicant journey on the receiving website.
Applicant sign-in belongs to the application journey. Do not point an application embed at the staff portal login.
Create a journal feed embed
- Open a published or closed journal in the staff editor.
- Select Embed.
- Choose the available scope, cohort filter, page size, and layout options.
- Open the direct URL to inspect the result.
- Copy the generated iframe snippet into the receiving website’s supported embed area.
- Check the page at desktop and mobile widths.
Use the generated URL rather than manually editing it; the source supports both classic and dynamic feed layouts.
Understand public access
The feed URL is public and is not protected by a secret invitation token. Only entries eligible for public display appear, but the link itself is not an access control.
Check visibility, written content, documents, and media before publishing the receiving page. Empty feeds can mean that no submitted, unhidden entry currently meets the public visibility rules.
