Invite community collaborators

Invite people who worked with you on your community project to reflect on that experience. You see their response status; their written reflections stay private to authorised programme staff.

Send an invitation

  1. Submit your proposal, then open My Community Project → Collaborators.
  2. Add a person named in your proposal as a draft, or create an invitation.
  3. Enter their name, email, role, and how they were involved. An optional WhatsApp number is contact information, not an SMS invitation channel.
  4. Select the appropriate role; for Other, provide the requested description.
  5. Save for later or send the invitation. Your involvement text appears in the email.

Invitation limits

The screen tracks a minimum of three reflections and allows at most five active invitations. You cannot invite your own primary or alternate email, or use the same email twice on one project. Replaced and explained invitations do not count towards the active limit.

Track responses and follow up

Statuses include Not sent yet, Invitation sent, Invitation opened, Reflection submitted, No response, Replaced, and Explained. Opened does not mean submitted.

  • Send reminder: normally available once a day per person.
  • Edit email: sends a fresh invitation if already sent and restarts reminder timing.
  • Replace: invalidates the old link and opens the form for a replacement.
  • Explain why: records why the person cannot respond for the programme team.

Only drafts can be deleted. Invitation links expire after 30 days; resending creates a fresh link. Staff set automatic reminder timing.

Share Your invitation with someone you invite. For privacy, see Your reflection: privacy and sharing.
