My Calendar

Use Explore → My Calendar to see the programme activities available to you.

Open an activity

1. Navigate to the relevant date.
2. Open an event to view its title, timing, and available details.
3. Check the displayed timezone before planning your attendance.
4. Open any meeting, course, or recording link provided with the event.

The calendar can contain programme sessions and, where configured, Pamba course activities. Pamba course events appear for learners who have been enrolled through the integration.

After a session

Staff record attendance and participation. If a recording link is added, you can return to the event to open it. Watching a recording does not mean you can change your own attendance record; ask your facilitator if a correction is needed.

An event is missing

Confirm the date and ask the facilitator to check your event registration and cohort or working group. For a Pamba course, staff may need to check your enrolment result.
