Use Explore → Explore Your Data in the learners portal to ask questions in plain language.
Ask a useful question
- Open Explore Your Data and start a conversation.
- Describe the programme information you need, including a period or topic when useful.
- Read the answer and any chart or source information shown.
- Ask a follow-up to clarify the result. Use message feedback if an answer is unhelpful.
Use conversation history to return to earlier questions. The message controls let you edit a question or regenerate an answer.
Understand the limits
The assistant uses enabled programme sources and the data your learner account may access. It does not grant access to staff records simply because you ask for them. Some sources may be unavailable or still indexing new content.
Check important facts with the programme team. If the menu is missing, ask staff to confirm your learner-profile link and chat access. The staff Analytics Dashboard is a separate feature and is not required to use this learner chat screen.
