Write your reflection

Open My invitations and select Write my reflection for the project you worked on.

Complete the form

  1. Read the project summary and check that it is the right project.
  2. Check the pre-filled name and role under About you, then complete the requested organisation and age information.
  3. Answer the reflection questions in your own words. Follow the word counter and required-field messages shown next to each question.
  4. Add photos only if appropriate and answer each sharing-consent question separately.
  5. Select Save and finish later to return another time, or submit when the form is complete.

Answers save when you leave a field. Save and finish later keeps a draft; it does not submit the reflection. The default form has three required written questions and one optional question, with 50–250 words per answer, but your project's questions may differ.

Submit and return

Check the thank-you confirmation after submission. You can select Email me a copy when submitting; if that email fails to arrive, your submission can still have succeeded.

Use Edit my reflection to reopen it later. Staff retain the last submitted version while you are editing; submit again to provide the updated version.

If the form does not offer a suitable age option or you need help completing it, contact the programme team before continuing. See Privacy and sharing for who can read your answers.
